Important: These Terms apply to the public-facing marketing website. If you are a customer using our Ordermatic platform under a signed Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), your use of the platform is governed by that agreement, not these Terms.

You agree not to use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers connected to it, transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Website without our permission, collect personal information about other users without consent, or impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Certain features of the Website may require you to register for an account or provide information. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
